CLEAR FROM THE START
What's separate?
Your Roll Call subscription covers the core product. These services are not bundled into the price.
Your Xero subscription
You need your own Xero subscription and an authorised connection for accounting features. Xero charges are paid separately. Reconciliation and financial reports remain in Xero.
Payment processing and SMS
Third-party payment processing and SMS charges are not included. Where those services are used, their charges are separate from your Roll Call subscription.
Migration and specialist help
Substantial data migration, custom work and additional training or support are scoped and quoted separately before work begins.
Future modules
Staff Hub, Roster and Time Clock are planned as optional products, not included in today's Roll Call subscription. Parent self-service and dedicated centre attendance tools are also being considered for later development. Availability, packaging and prices will be announced separately.
What happens when I sign up?
Signup is an access request, not an automated purchase. Attendance HQ reviews your request and confirms the appropriate plan and setup with you before your organisation's account is created.
